Pros

The on boarding and HR team have it together. The site is clean and modern. There is a sliver in time of opportunity growth due to grid reliability.

Cons

You’re hired, then you are on your own without the right tools and processes. Existing staff is fearful of management and it is dog eat dog oriented. Knowledge and potential IP contributions will be stolen with little credit. Attrition rate: research this before you move all the way to western remote suburbs. There are not enough future commutable jobs if things don’t work out. Review the attrition rate.
