Not a good place to work.

Pros

Financially they do well and they are well positioned to continue to have success. It's a sector that is necessary. Climate change will continue to keep their products popular.

Cons

They are entirely disorganized. Some folks hardly work at all and no one cares, some people are overworked and burning out. There's no cohesive culture. Your experience will entirely depend on who you have for a manager. They don't get rid of problems - they put a bandaid on it, cover it up, or ignore it entirely. They put all the energy into looking good -- investing in good PR and entering meaningless contests for cool work space so they look good (without showing the majority of the building is a cubicle farm and they made cosmetic investments just to win these silly accolades.) It is a very unwelcoming place for women and minorities.

Stay Away

Pros

Not much really. The fact that there is zero accountability might be viewed by some as a pro, others maybe not. The facility is fairly clean with the exception of the bathrooms, which were woefully undersized for the amount of staff on the shopfloor.

Cons

Zero accountability. Its great if your the type of person who puts in no effort. If your not, then you'll be one of the few. You'll be rewarded with a ton of overtime to makeup for the people who under perform. The pay is low to below average. That shouldn't be a surprise though since they are known for that. In all honesty though with as low as their expectation is for performance, the pay is probably about right. If you have any feeling of self worth, I'd stay away.

Pros

Flexible shifts available starting at 17.50

Cons

Can't keep hr staff. Can't keep floor workers. Favorites are played, so if you don't know someone you'll never get promoted. They can't keep to a single attendance policy, they just messed vacations and holidays all up. And they told us a week before Easter that it won't be paid nor allowed to work and that if we want to get paid for the day we're supposed to work but aren't getting holiday pay... We'd have to use our vacation days... Which are earned magically throughout the year. If you have an issue with anyone you work with (like threats or harassment) they have a lot of rugs to sweep things under and nothing changes.
