      There are no pros for working at Generac Power Systems. You'd be better off taking a lower paying job. Your mental health will be better for it.

      Cons

      This place is a disaster. Their engineering system to SAP integration is horribly unreliable and the people managing that area make it worse not better. Steer clear if you value ethics, morals, and your mental health.
