      Relaxed environment and general freedom to choose what you work on as an Engineering Intern. Lots of freedom to choose your own work schedule, although this may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Leadership seems a little confused at times, and non-engineering roles are not treated as well. The pay for interns can vary widely even for the same position.

      Cons

      This place is a cesspool full of drug addicts. Not only that but the culture is no culture. Zero room for advancements. People that have been there for years — stay because they can’t pass a drug test anywhere else. Lack of communication. Line superiors are too busy gossiping about you, the employee. If you NEED a job, do it. Your time & energy are better spent elsewhere
