Business Outlook
Pros
Great products, wonderful people to work with, and growing while bringing more jobs back to WI. The amount this company does for it's communities and customers is some of the best I've seen.
Cons
A lot of turnover across the board. Likely caused by not being competitive in salary and benefits and not placing the importance on safety. Corporate driven and there seems to be a divide between corporate and the plant sites.
