      Pros

      Somewhat stable for salaried employees, Health insurance on par with similar size employers, 401k has company match

      Cons

      Management doesn't share timely or actionable feedback, different areas keep important business information to themselves rather than share when a functional area like sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing make changes affecting other Departments.

      Pros

      95 % great people. Most are extremely hard workers. Compensation mediocre.

      Cons

      Manager's /directors/vps need not be fearful of those who are not pulling their weight. Listen or ask peers or those around them. Pay needs to revolve around performance. What would it take to replace that employee? Everyone is replaceable.
