The management is terrible. Too many directors and everyone else is overworked and underpaid. They will fire you without warning and tell you your position was eliminated when they will post your job under a new managers name. There is no transparency within the department even when it is preached. If uou want to be humiliated in front of executives, go ahead and try this place out. It's just like high-school.
