      Pros

      You will never find a better group of coworkers. Lots of great people. Couple handfuls (the ones who make all the decisons) who are clueless

      Cons

      Fair benefits. But this day and age, that is almost all you can ask for. 75% of employees overworked. PLEASE get rid of the ones who arent...or the ones who don't give at least a decent amount. Too many are surfing the web..coming in late...leaving early, napping, always sick. Etc. Need more restrooms

      I have never had a paycheck bounce.

      Cons

      Kiss your weekends goodbye,if you work in the shop.You will be forced to work every Saturday. Unorganized doesn't even begin to cover it.Quarterly bonus,not for the last 3 years,unless you're an exec.Clueless management (I'm being polite).Outdated policies,its kind of like dealing with the government, red tape bureaucrats. Low pay,with lots of hours.I could go on and on.Benefits like insurance are ok at best.

      Pros

      Baseline salary and benefits are pretty fair. Many updates to the facilities in recent years makes it a very comfortable environment.

      Cons

      Many silos and little collaboration between departments ... everyone has their own agenda. Executives are a bottleneck in getting things done and are out of touch with the current market.
