The lack of training and standard processes lead to micromagement and benevolence by constant changing management. Each new manager knows less than the last adding to the unworkable disfunction and toxic environment.

Upper management has no clue about their positions. Technicians and maintenance often have no idea what they need to repair. All due mostly to extremely poor communication and leadership.
