-You get paid -After you get experience people start to leave you alone (management)
Cons
-Management makes ridiculous changes to PTO, vacation, mask mandates, etc. -Most people aren’t friendly especially management. They love making their underlying’s know their place -no career growth (they lied if they say their is) -Quality workers are not respectful (50/50 split)
