Pros

Coworkers are great. Leads are great.

Cons

Company is falling apart. They don't value hard working employees. They don't care if you have a family, they will work you 10 hours a day and Saturdays your whole time employeed. Managment avoids problems at all cost. We've been on overtime since May 2018 and no end in sight.

Great compensation, challenging work, hard working people. Enjoyed working at Generac for almost 10 years. Upper management has a great vision of moving the company forward.

Cons

Priorities change frequently at Generac. This can be a negative when not planned appropriately. Balance needed between demand and available resources.

Pros

Some of the people are amazing, like family. Some Managers are absolutely wonderful and should be recognized for it! Can be a great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Some managers have no idea what they are doing, they shouldn't be in the position they are in. VP's getting too close/friendly with employees/management so when said management doesn't know what they are doing it doesn't matter.
