Terrible management. Only out for themselves. Could careless about treating their employees right. Need to sleep or flirt with coworkers in order to get ahead.

More work and projects piled on with no addition to the terrible pay. Located in the middle of no where. Upper management leaves has no connection to people who do the real work.

You will always be smarter than your boss and the work week was only 6 days a week.

Cons

Management has no qualms about taking credit for your work or ideas. You will find yourself doing their jobs for them while they sit back and collect the pay. Beware when they offer you "opportunities". They will advance because of your hard work. They will create titles for their friends out of thin air. If you are not a yes man or disagree, you will be left to wallow in the dust.
