Human resources dept., no communication between shift each being told different company policies to abide by

1. Huge drug problem and they don't care to fix the problem. 2. The way they have the sap software set up in the plant had a lot of issues making the job frustrating. 3. The culture is toxic and a lot of the reason is because hr just pushes whoever the hell through. 4. No real structure for promotion 5.Good luck finding tools you need.... such as radio or scan gun.
