Business Outlook
Pros
Growing company gaining market share with big aspirations, a new building and facilities. Opportunities to learn new things and gain experience for a while. Some nice people.
Cons
Employees are not valued. Management doesn't coordinated across the different groups, we lack structure and accountability, so it's caos. Our new products are rushed through and sometimes have poor quality. Sales are down in general, so the pressure is on and our VP is rushing everything and he wont listen to us. He even uses profanity to push but without consequences. Many are very disappointed and looking for other jobs, or waiting for new management. We wrote reviews because we care.
