Pros
Great team of people to work with. Great benefits and compensation structure and well-planned team and company events thanks to the amazing HR staff! Ongoing active improvements for areas where there are still growing pains, but the company purposefully seeks feedback from employees to help make changes and transitions more palatable and smoother for everyone involved.
