      A lot of growth and opportunity.

      Cons

      No training, growth for growth's sake and uncontrolled, pace is "crisis mode" all the time. The employee is not considered a stakeholder in the company.

      Upper management refuses to spend money on needed changes, 0 work-life balance, revolving door of new hires, very poor wages, little to no room for advancement

      Has potential to become great Nice Facilities Awesome Coworkers

      Poor management Poor decision making NO SUCH THING AS A LEADER HERE!!! Generac used to be a quality driven company, but poor decisions and lack of real leadership have caused the quality of our product to plummet. out of three review sites I read, 27 out of 30 people WOULD NOT RECCOMEND our products to anyone.
