401K, Free regulated safety glasses and hand gloves, a prison like sense of security, and plenty of vending machines.

Cons

Mandatory 60 hr. work weeks, underwhelming sense of pride in work/making a difference, learning new peoples names - then forgetting them, a Feudal system of Serfs and Nobility, and a degraded quality of life.
