Management is pushing RTO across the board, no exceptions, despite the vast majority of the engineering organization preferring work from home and half the team not physically able to go to the office. Nothing that you say or do will ever be heard by people with any power. Management repeatedly makes decisions from the hip with no data, sets random deadlines, makes your bonus completely dependent on those deadlines, and then overowrks everyone to burnout. Bonuses have been $0 the past two years, and I'm sure it's by design. This is a company that despises its engineers, and hates how they work. They'll treat you like a kindergartener and never trust you with any kind of autonomy or competence. Join if you want to feel like you're screaming at a wall every day

It is a revolving door job. The higher-ups don't care about the low-end employees. So, there are constantly new people filling the roles. What they say and their actions are night and day. You get a paycheck and go home. They give you no incentive to work hard. You get no bonuses. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the benefits.
