In general people are friendly. Recruiter isn't very reliable when recruiting me but my manager and colleagues are super helpful.

Cons

There could be so many and sometimes strange changes as the company is exploring some new business strategies. This company has some of the typical bureaucratic processes of large organizations. For example, every year employees are required to write goals at the start of the year and review them by the end of the year. Our bonus depends on how well the goals are achieved. This process is a bit tedious and clunky. Also for some non-production roles such as IT or regular maintaining tasks such as continuous monitoring, it's really hard to draft the goals.
