Pros

Lots of room for growth, great people to work with, good environment in office and when working from home, decent pay for a call center type job role

Cons

More of a call center job than a true sales role, micro management from the department leads and managers, bad policy on use of cell phones in office, suggestions/ideas from specialists to management and up not taken seriously unless the suggestions are already in line with what management wants to do

Pros

They are often changing policies to make improvements. People are friendly. Pay is good. Work is easy.

Cons

They have no leadership in paint department and paint departments needs often go unnoticed or get shirked aside all together.

Pros

The Waukesha location has a gym onsite. That was okay.

Cons

Poor pay. You will be paid 25-30 percent less than you would elsewhere for the same job. No chance of promotion. My experience is they promote entirely based on seniority and no matter what you do you won't get anywhere (unless of course you stick it out 20 years). That said, maybe other departments were different
