No reward for helping other employees or departments - actually works to disadvantage because it takes time away what you could accomplish for yourself, which is all that is rewarded Imbalance in work/life ratio Too heavy VP to employee ratio Use employees to take everything out of them, and then will figure out a way to let them go when done with them Cannot trust senior management

Sr. Management thinks only of Sr. Mgt. and their success and doesn't care about the success of it's Directors and other middle management. They hire talent but don't let them use that talent. It's all about whatever tactic you can execute the fastest to check a box and no regard if it's even right. To survive, you have to be all about yourself and willing to put others down, even if it's not accurate, so you can still look good. Not sure how these people aren't seen through but it seems to work. If you don't mind working in this cut-throat environment where there is no regard for an ability to develop a strong team or work as a team, then this is the place for you.
