      the culture of the work place is fair and people get along fairly well with each other

      Cons

      leads do not switch people on the manufacturing line for cross training, will instead leave people in a particular station they do well in even when the stated the have an injury and the station is making the injury worse. also management does not have their head screwed on straight and forces quality to not do their jobs with ease.

      Poor examples of proper management, treated like numbers and machines with overwhelming metric requirements, Complete lack of clarity and integrity, IT only knows how to bandaid and not fix so good luck with having a fully functioning work pc.
