Pros

I enjoyed most of the people on my team. There was good camaraderie amongst sales teams. Benefits were ok, but had gotten better recently.

Cons

I don’t think the organization cares about its people. HR has too much say in the business, pay is below average and bonuses take forever to pay out. I have an extended notice to not put my team in a tight spot and was terminated before I could receive a bonus and they didn’t make an exception. Just a cold environment.
