      Pros

      Friendly People, I personally like the country setting of the headquarters in Waukesha. The new expansion as well as plans for further expansion is impressive.

      Cons

      Like all companies that were private and then went public there are growing pains. The rapid rate of expansion can be hard to keep up with at times, but is well worth the effort.

      Pros

      Pleasant work environment, great people, improvements in evidence everywhere, and executive management with a plan for diversification. Good mid-size company benefits and good management level communications.

      Cons

      Manager to employee communications vary from plant to plant, department to department, and manager to manager - no standard operating plan/procedure at the employee level. Inadequate training plans and effort at all levels. Culture clashes due to many new and varied background employees. Compensation at some levels is not on a par with metro industries.

      1. Revolving doors, feel sad seeing those talents come and go. It is hurting the business. 2. Processes were developed but not followed.
