Benefits are poor for such a large company. Needs to be better with m&a’s - much thorough change and project management and communication across states and sites. Salaries have not kept up with inflation.

Toxic and cheap leadership. No strategy at all aside from "wait for hurricanes so we can sell more stuff". Won't invest in systems or technology. Employee morale going down every year and no efforts to make things better. Making everyone be in the office four days a week isn't going to help.
