Pros

Fun job, love teaching and interacting with students.

Cons

Instructors are treated right. Underpaid, overworked. Never listened to. Middle management doesn't need to exist. The company operated much smoother when the instructors made the calls, not the operations team.

Pros

Flexible work, strong students, cool campus pre-covid

Cons

If you have never taught before, this is probably more work than you thought you signed up for.
