A lot of people you work with are kind, empathetic, smart, and fun. You can genuinely have a positive impact on the life of others through the work you do.
Cons
GA has a lot of growing up to do. Management has a split of very tenured staff and brand new people and it's hard to trust either to make good choices. Secrecy and shadiness is not uncommon. There are a lot of issues with being paid correctly, especially with commission and instructor payments. Students who come through the programs are frequently not set up for success and many fail.
