Possibly the most toxic disgusting workplace I have ever been a part of. Terrible manager, supervisor, this goes all the way to the top.

-Working with students during a career change into tech is an amazing opportunity to meet people who inspire you. -Instructors and staff working directly with students are there for the right reasons and are passionate about helping students reach their goals.

Cons

- Leadership lacked integrity: Externally, they marketed a mission of student empowerment and support to increase enrollments. Internally, they stripped as many student resources as possible and disempowered student facing staff and instructors. Of course, it is a business but in my opinion, the discrepancy in messaging vs. reality is too large given that it's not a product being negatively impacted, it's a person that's trusting them to help them make a positive change in their lives. -The company understands how to shape data to their benefit. Again, great for business, not great for the people they serve.
