Pros

I felt the sense of community that pushed to personal growth and development and good support system personally and professionally. It was a pleasant experience to work with a great manager, a great team, and cool students.

Cons

I'd say that the salary and benefits weren't great. Sometimes I needed to stay in the office until late when worked with evening classes.
