Pros

Enterprise sales team is made of extremely smart and hard working individuals. Addressing a real need in today's world and actually contributing to society. Consumer business is the opposite of enterprise, with great leadership and business model.

Cons

Even though GA is owned by the Adecco group, there's very little investment in the company. Senior management was completely replaced in the space of a year which led to no product development and no direction to teams on enterprise side. No long term planning and little opportunity for career progression.
