Pros

I enjoyed working at General Assembly, I met a lot of interesting people. I was in contact with teachers and students and I really liked the culture overall.

Cons

In my experience, and maybe it's because I was not working full-time, but I don't find anything negative to say, the team was pretty young and there was a good spirit.

Pros

Co-workers are fun, young and genuine. Management are approachable and always open to employee growth. You can take workshops for free. After 9 months of working, you can take a part-time class for free.

Cons

Low overall salary Company spends more money on the students and appearance of the campus than its employees

Pros

Coworkers were great, good vibes, great to be around lots of students and events. Felt like a positive place to spend a few months and network. Internal documentation is good for some roles.

Cons

Raises for Front Lines were NOT what was written in the handbook, especially when given additional responsibilities and tasks. Lots of turnover in both part and full time staff, makes it hard to stay organized. Very hard to get access to resources sometimes.
