Pros

GA are really understanding of the fact that we all have lives outside of work and very accommodating with bringing our whole selves to work, and supportive of staff and students.

Cons

Leaders don't necessarily lead by example so even though we're told to prioritise self care, we don't necessarily see that done by leaders
