Pros
Nice, idealistic people. Company is genuinely mission-driven and tries to live its values as a platform for motivated people to advance their careers. Opportunity to take GA classes for free or at a discount, unlimited PTO.
Cons
Company is going through serious growing pains: over 50% turnover in past year, partially due to mass layoff in June. New employees are blind-leading-blind. Tenured employees are overworked and underpaid. Few growth opportunities within company and bonuses were not given in spring due to revenue crunch. General sense of frustration, disorganization and attrition.
