Pros

Bad material that really needs some TLC.

Cons

Disorganized, poor communication, not professional. Over promising clients and completely underdeliver Work hours are not honest (expect more hours than in your contract) and dont expect to be paid for it There is a good chance you will have to pay for parking (reimbursement for parking will not happen) Disorganization probably from an extreme lack of communication Lack of diversity in GA employees.

Pros

Really smart, interesting people. GA hires well.

Cons

No actual policy for parental leave, you are totally reliant on who you know. Seems shadowy so that the company doesn't have to commit to anything. No place for nursing mothers at campuses that are located in co-working spaces. No 410k match, poor health contributions for dependents. Just not set up so that you can grow as an adult here.

Pros

Start up feel, students are awesome, most of the other employees are personable

Cons

Management very out of touch, expecting things to be done a certain way but not providing the support needed to have it done; raises are based on time there instead of achievements and hard work; managers not transparent so there's a lot of miscommunication and you don't know you've done something wrong until it's too late; salary not scaling based on region (SF salary same as NYC....)
