Pros

From a finance point-of-view, employees are given the ability to learn and establish a better understanding of their work and role within the department. The analyst is very much a visible part with their Program and Control Account Managers as well as their immediate management group.

Cons

Management is very indecisive. Clear direction from management is almost non-existent. High attrition and low moral affects the culture amongst the workers within the finance group.

Pros

The people at GA are great and the work is interesting/challenging most of the time. Depending on your division/department, the 9/80 schedule is awesome and boss is pretty flexible with working schedule.

Cons

Lots of baby boomers still around making it difficult to get promoted/find growth opportunities. For private company, would think they take better care of employees and offer better benefits.
