Great hard-working people. A hybrid workplace is a plus to ease up on commuting given the cost of gas.

Cons

Slow for career advances. Some leadership needs to be replaced with newer talent. Some leadership stuff in the 80s as far as their leadership style.

Good old boys club. Lies and more lies from HR, top management, & CEO of the company. Remote work is only allowed when it benefits the company or the job market is hot. Employees do not matter. Low pay. Top heavy. Political environment. Retaliation. Lots of lawsuits.
