Pros

The work is easy and not too hard. Management I have is amazing. Pay is good but could definitely be better given that housing anywhere near the company HQ is ~$2000/month for a single room...Housing is disastrously bad in SoCal.

Cons

Pay is good but could definitely be better given that housing anywhere near the company HQ is ~$2000/month for a single room...Housing is disastrously bad in SoCal. The work culture is lame...Hybrid work is hard to find and remote work is even harder. Company's work culture is too old school and they dont believe in remote work.

Pros

Benefits package and 9/80 is a plus. Co-workers are driven and keep everyone motivated.

Cons

Salary feels lagging and last few years confirms General Atomics is not a progressive company. Not bad, just expect less compensation in black swan events.
