Don’t bother

Pros

They just started doing a 9/80 schedule.

Cons

Low pay compared to other companies in the industry and area. Corporate IT management is awful. Every department is super siloed. They don’t care about any other departments in IT-no transparency. Very manager top heavy and they don’t serve a purpose other than to try and sound important in meetings. Lots of shadow IT at GA. Every division does and buys whatever they want without getting approval in advance from IT. Tons of waste and management doesn’t care at all.
