      Cons

      Poor Management, too many layers of mgrs not enough people to work. Laid off 650 people all with disabilities and older generation that had been with company for a long time

      Upper management is "old school". Many grew up with the company and are struggling to adopt modern aerospace management principles. Company is struggling to become more lean and efficient.
