      Pros

      Reasonable work hours with average pay. Most people are generally pleasant to work with and professional. Very innovative company in the early days with a lot of great projects.

      Cons

      Company has allowed itself to become consumed by bureaucracy and lack of innovation in recent years. It's trying to squeeze out every last drop of profit from it's current product line with no eye to the future of the next generation UAV's, other than paper studies. Lots of recent turnover of top talent because of stale business model.

      Pros

      9/80 work schedule. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Not a very interesting or exciting company. Work with multiple systems that don't always function very well. This causes many cases of rework. Job aids and processes aren't well defined or developed. Everything is very manual with minimal to no automation in place. Expect to gradually receive a heavier work load without added compensation. Program management is sometimes rude and doesn't seem to have much knowledge outside of logistics.

      Pros

      Competitive, flexible positions, involvement in lots of projects, still a relatively small company so upward mobility is promising as they expand and acquire more contracts

      Cons

      Management seems to be more "hands-off." I don't mind this since teamwork is so prevalent here, though some may want more guidance.
