      Not too much pressure in my position and management was nice, though can't say the same for everyone.

      Management often had mixed signals and were unfairly harsh to some.

      Great schedule and good benefits. Time off whenever you want it as long as you have time saved up.

      Cons

      Horrible raises, can never move up unless you’re related too someone high up. Politics 100%. The only way to move up is to move around from position to positions. Unless of course, if Daddy works there than you’re set. Even if you suck at your job.
