Pros

An incredibly stable employer, with ZERO history of layoffs. Continuous growth as the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (drone) market continues to expand worldwide. Steady leadership at the upper echelons. Solid business model.

Cons

Continuous growth results in continuous growing pains. Not the top salary in the industry. Often outgrows infrastructure.

Pros

relaxed work environment. 9/80 schedule, 100% company paid pension. Depending on the department upward mobility.

Cons

Raises and bonus where always low. In some departments its really who you know and talk to, not your performance. I was in the military and this place is full of former military and if your boss was in a similar unit or you know them you will probably have a leg up.

Pros

Pros are the three day weekend every other week. It is pretty laid back here and not a lot of supervision which can be a good or a bad thing. They will never lay anyone off and it's really tough to get fired.

Cons

PAY AND RAISES. The pay is crap compared to most aerospace companies and the raises are a JOKE. You have to wait a whole year to get a 3 to 5% raise depending on if your supervisor likes you. A lot of politics here just like anywhere else and it seems as though all the higher ups are Caucasian, so you know you're chances of moving up to management are slim. A lot of workers are very content so the company doesn't expect employees to try and work their way up the ladder. Pretty much being in tight with the right people is the only way to move up quickly in this company.
