Pros

- Many opportunities for younger/new employees to the space field to have direct influence - Locally organized activities are great for team bonding and meeting everyone from other offices

Cons

- pay raises are laughable - most functional managers are good but are run off, upper-level management is so disconnected from what goes on - high turnover - focus of the company seems to be in San Diego so if the Colorado offices asked for support, it would often go ignored - employees gave suggestions to improve things and stop turnover, but all were ignored - company processes get in the way more than actually providing quality control - very stingy on spending money yet executives regularly fly in either on the private jet or commercially - higher-level management has too much control over what happens on the shop floor
