      Easy work, enough supplies and a friendly environment. Very laid-back.

      Cons

      It's quite low for the industry standard. The roads suck and traffic is horrible.

      Pros

      The company treats its employees very well. It's easy, and almost mandatory, to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Deadlines are reasonable. Management is respectful. The work is interesting, engaging, and purposeful.

      Cons

      The company is so large that at times it's hard to track down the person you need.

      -Cheaper health insurance than most companies. -3% match when you contribute 6% for 401K. Fully Vested in 5 years -One of the few companies with a pension. Vested in 3 years. -Start with 3 weeks of time off. -Privately own company so you're not just a number. -Travel opportunities -They provide training.

      -Required to work shift work at times -Often are asked to do work outside of the job description.
