Pros

Good benefits Coworkers can be great Flexible hours Decent gyms Cafeteria up in GB is actually pretty good. Lots of travel, not to anywhere nice, but there is variety. Great job if you want to do the bare minimum and not get fired.

Cons

Bad management and bad hiring! Do not work here if you are just starting your career or a young professional because you will not be supported or trained. Management will not fight for you to get promotions. Management will not say no to customers, OEMs, or upper management, but will gladly tell you no if you need support. Worked way over hours with no compensation or recognition Do NOT work here if you are a woman. Little to no written processes
