Pros

Awesome projects that support various defense organizations. Overall good company culture and good benefits. There are lots of middle management job opportunities for technicians to move into provided they have the degree requirements met.

Cons

Very slow pay progression and advancement. Years with the company hold more weight than experience for advancement. Workload is often feast or famine.

Pros

Great Jobs, hard work made easy, good benefits

Cons

All levels of leadership wear their former rank on their sleeves. Having a military background will get you further than hard work.

Pros

Competitive pay, 9/80 schedule, benefits, advancement opportunities, management, working conditions, and working with awesome military technology

Cons

People don’t get disciplined or fired here, management just moves their bad employees to other departments and sometimes your stuck working with said bad employee.
