      Pros

      Challenging, busy, constantly evolving platform. Good attitude in general amongst employees.

      Cons

      Site location is out of the way so drive is minimum 30 minutes from closest location. After covid there was a reduction in force eliminating too much of the staff. Pay is below industry standards and increases/bonus over last few years have been diminishing.
