Pros

Great work life balance. Friendly coworkers. Lots of opportunities for career growth if you’re willing to switch between departments. They’ve recently allowed us the flexibility to work from home for most of the week so that’s been amazing.

Cons

Projects here are not fast pace since the culture here is laid back so innovation is slow.

Pros

Working with engaging co-workers with industry experience. 9/80 schedule and Work From Home.

Cons

Belittling management, absent supervisors who abuse the Work From Home policies (they approve their own WFH but do not allow others to WFH with more viable reasons).
