Bad company to work for

Pros

Shop people good to work with

Cons

Executive management in Tupelo cannot be trusted. The make commitments during meetings that they deny a few days later. Senior employees are treated with condescension and not valued. VP responsible for Tupelo screams at personnel on the floor. Culture is to treat anyone below Manager as less than a person. Codes and Standards are treated as guidelines, not requirements, or outright ignored.
