Pros

I am lucky to be part of a solid team in a very interesting field within GA. Most senior engineer is a fantastic mentor and is a well of knowledge I am very thankful for. I feel consistently challenged and haven't hit a wall in my growth. Very great overall experience.

Cons

Our small group makes exterior training opportunities pretty difficult.
